Since when does our relationship originate from selfish gain.
Bringing anger, hatred, low self-esteem and most of all, scarring pain.

One moment were allies,
But seconds later were enemies.
When we look at eachother,
Someone we hate, is all we really see.

Nowadays, many boys chase the easy girl,
And in return girls play the part thinking that it will please the world.

But if only, daddy’s little girl would look in the mirror and see true beauty.
And she wouldn’t base her looks on commercials, magazines, or stars from the latest movies.

Time to face the facts.

Gentleman, you were made to be strong, yes, that is your purpose.
But, you’re wrong when you think less of a woman if she doesn’t reach your expectations on the surface.

Since when is it cool to be with girls like they’re notches on your belt. 
Rating, and degrading them, telling stories to the homies like “she’s just a fun time and nothing else.”

What gives you the right to treat women like trash? 
Feeding them lies and hiding your games like youre playing monopoly and being stingy with your cash.
When will you really understand,
that playing girls, and judging them according to the rules of your own world, just makes you less of man.

So my prayer for you, so called men of this generation, is that you will treat women like you would treat your mother. With love, tenderness, and respect to show them that there are still real gentlemen in this misguided nation.

Just let that soak in.

Ladies, I now turn my attention in your direction. Not giving you a judgemental death sentence, but like the gentlemen, I hope to encourage you to seek a reflection in your mirror of someone who does not base their motives on what this world calls perfection.

Now, society tells you ladies that slim and slender is what men are searching for. 
That as long as your body is perfect in certain areas you’ll be what we want and you’ll be adored.

Wait a minute.

Can you really believe that? 
Can you really say that when you put time into your looks it truly gives you satisfaction. 
Because when a guy turns you down, your reaction will not be filled with happiness, but only regretted actions.

So, You try and try to fill a void in your heart, but boys and more makeup just aren’t making their mark. 
So now you’re caught, in this downward spiral of an illusion you’ve created just cover up that empty spot.
And what you find is not what you thought, but completely opposite of your morals and what you were taught.

C’mon ladies you are worth much more than just a fun time.
You’re beautiful the way you are, and if any man tells you different, he’s just feeding you lies.

Furthermore, the pain that you’ve been caused does not give the right to be an official 007.
With the right to burn, and also use men just like he treated you after you guys shared 7 minutes in heaven. 

So what have we learned.

Men, it’s time to set aside your views of women, because they are not something for you to use and abuse for your own emotional issues. That’s why they invented tissues.

And ladies, start respecting yourself and understanding that you don’t have to be something you’re not. Because if your giving up your dignity to please a man’s self centered needs, on the inside your only letting yourself rot.

The decision.

So now I give you choice, both ladies and gentlemen.
You can either choose to take to heart the words you’ve heard. Or you can just keep on walking, have fun in hurt.

As for me, I’m just glad that I found a girl who knows the definition of respect, and in return I’ll always treat her with nothing less.
